Here at Hampton Watercraft & Marine we take pride in the close knit family that we have become throughout the years. From employees to satisfied customers we have come together and grown throughout the years. Each year we hold a series of events for our boating family and friends to remind them that boating is easy and tons of fun. These include our annual Customer  Appreciation Day to our   Dock and   Dines, Rendezvous   and Yearly Santa Claus Visit. October 23rd -25th we held our first Whaler Weekend where we offered demo rides on Whaler’s largest cabin boat the 345 Conquest as well as Whaler’s Largest Fishing Boat the 370 Outrage.

On Labor Day weekend Hampton Watercraft had their last Dock & Dine of the season in Greenport NY at Porto Bello. With 40 customers in attendance, the event was a huge success. Our flotilla started in Hampton Bays, ending at Brewers Sterling Harbor in Greenport. We enjoyed hors devours on the veranda of Porto Bello overlooking the harbor; then we returned to the main dinning room for a delicious Northern Italian fare.

This year Hampton Watercraft and Marine sponsored the Ariel, a Boston Whaler 345 Conquest Captained by Ned Kaplan in the Shinnecock Marlin and Tuna Club Offshore Invitational. On August 18th the Ariel brought back a 28.72 lb. Mahi from the Canyon that ended up winning them the Mahi Category of the Tournament. They also placed third in the White Marlin overnight category catching two White Marlins both 65 and 70 lbs. We were honored to be able to sponsor the Ariel in this tournament.

Every year we hold a Demo day for our customers to come out and experience driving the boat of their dreams.

On July 31, 2009 until August 2, 2009 we held our Hampton Watercraft and Marine Customer Rendezvous at the Montauk Yacht Club. With nearly 20 boats in attendance and 50 people aboard them we had a great trip filled with cocktail parties, demos, breakfast baskets, a casino party. This weekend was one to remember with all of the attendees sharing laughs with one and another. Check out event schedule for next years Rendezvous dates!

This year we had out Customer Appreciation Day on August 14th at our Marina on the Shinnecock Canal in Hampton Bays. With over 100 guests in attendance this day was a huge success. Customers enjoyed live music, and a BBQ put on the Canal Café compliments of HWM.

On June 6th we held our Annual Ladies at the Helm Day. The ladies participated in classroom lecture and on water handling on the Formula 40 PC and enjoyed lunch on the water at our Canal Café. Special Thanks to Capitans Tom Loretto and Steve Catarella!

On May 9 , 2009 we held our second NY State Boaters Safety Course. With 50 people in attendance the Sheriff and his colleges taught everything that you would ever need to know from boating registration forms, to life vests and knot tying. The day ended with all the attendees receiving their NY State Boaters Safety License which is required to operate a personal watercraft.

Shamrocks and green filled the streets at this years Westhampton Beach St.Patricks Day Parade. Hampton Watercraft and Marine was proud to congratulate the WHB Hurricanes who were the undefeated champions of the10 year old Long Island Indoor Football League. Go Hurricanes!
