Mike Crowe is one honest, good person in top of being a thorough knowledgeable and supportive salesperson. He made buying the best boat around the best experience as well. We have had 4 boats at Hampton Watercraft and they are by far the BEST marina in the Hamptons. They stand behind every boat they sell, and they pride themselves on top customer satisfaction. Tom, in their sales department, is extremely knowledgeable about boats (and fishing) and will always configure your boat as optimally as possible. Their service department is amazing and Mike, the service manager, is truly outstanding.

They know we have a limited boating season and work very hard to get your service done as quickly as possible and get you back on the water. If you are thinking of buying or selling your boat, you need service, or your need to winter store your boat, I would 100% recommend Hampton Watercraft and Marine!

HW&M was tremendous and very helpful and supportive especially after I took delivery of my boat when more questions arise during those first few months of use. Cary, Jimmy, Chris and the others were extremely responsive and always available to answer my questions. The few minor issues I had with the boat were addressed immediately by the team. I would highly recommend Hampton Watercraft.

Hampton Watercraft is a great business. I've been a customer for 13 years. I've purchased 4 Wave-runners, and 3 Boats from them. They have always serviced them without any problems. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for sales & service.

We love the marina in Eastport. We bought our Whaler from Jack and he made the entire process a pleasure. Joe runs a tremendous operation and clearly cares about the staff, the boats and the owners. My boyfriend has had boats at several marinas on the West coast and thinks the attention to details definitely rivals any marina where he has kept a boat.

The BEST! Purchased a FSBO boat in the local area. Outstanding coordination and support with surveyor. Excellent prices/service/and execution taking care of items from survey. Took care of an item with manufacturer that other dealers would not have. Finally, excellent reaction to boat transporter arriving early, accomplishing needed items to get the boat headed to Florida.

That's correct...I am not a long time customer...I am a first time customer from out of state. But I was treated with the service and coordination of a forever customer. I cannot say thank you enough to Claudio and Kyle as well as the team I don't know the names. I only wish they would open a shop here!! Thanks again!

Great marina with friendly service and lunch/dinner Cafe. Main business is boat sales which they seem to do a lot of. Not really geared to transient cruisers.

They are tier one, hands down. Bought 4 whalers from Tony and have wintered and serviced all of them at Hampton Watercraft for decades. There is a reason I keep coming back...

Total professionals who truly care about customer satisfaction. Its nice to see a business that follows up with customers as well as respond promptly to calls and emails. You don't see that quality in business these days. No matter who I spoke with or worked with you left with the feeling of confidence.

Friends My name is Chris manno and I have been a faithful customer for 4 years. Let me be frank, I live in Bridgehampton and I choose to keep my boat in the bays. One reason only, Hampton Watercraft and guys like Tony, MIke Chris and Tom. The Girls in the office are super and everyone at the Marina are so helpful. I can have my boat in sag Harbor or closer to my house, but I could never imagine not having my boat at this beautiful marina.

Its full service, Gas pumps and the top mechanics on the east coast. If I could help anyone make a decision about where to buy a boat and where to have it serviced, I would direct you to Tony and the crew at Hampton watercraft. I again can not stress how important it is to have the quality Mechanics and quality people in place at Hampton Watercraft

I can only say the best about Hampton Watercraft & Marine. They have been maintaining my boat for the last four years now and the level of service I have been receiving has been outstanding. I find their prices to be fair and they are always accommodating when I drop off or pick up my boat. During the most recent maintenance of my boat, I mentioned something really minor to them and they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease about it.

They sent their transporter to pick up the boat at my house (great guy and extremely conscientious), fixed a few things, changed a few parts, tested everything again to make sure that everything was ok (they did not want to take any chances), washed the entire boat and dropped it back at my house a few days later. And all of this at no charge! James Rogers, aka Jimmy, handled the whole process and was a true pleasure to communicate with.

Long story short, I would highly recommend Hampton Watercraft & Marine to a friend.

This is the best Marina in the Hamptons, second to none. The dock hands are always ready to assist you with docking, ice, or whatever you need. The marina is clean, well organized, and the docks are in great shape. We bought our new Boston Whaler here too. Tom & Rob answered all of our questions and showed us around the boat. They both spent a lot of time with us and not once did we feel pressured, they gave us a fantastic deal as well.

I highly recommend buying your new Whaler from Hampton Watercraft & Marine and if you can, I’d recommend keeping your boat there as well.

I recently purchased a used Boston Whaler 330 Outrage through Dan Betta and Hampton Watercraft and could not have been more pleased with their responsiveness, ability to answer questions, secure requisite surveys, sea-trial, check the boat to make sure she was good to go. I was pleasantly surprised over and over again at their professionalism, honesty, follow up, you name it.

Great service on my 35 Realm. Rob Waller was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was right. Honest, thorough, and easy to work with. I really appreciate the service and highly recommend Rob and the team. He actually went above and beyond representing Hampton Watercraft in a way that I didn’t expect. The service and parts department is top notch I’ve been boating since I’m nine years old.

Hampton and Watercraft Marine THE BEST! Was searching for new and used jet ski's around the area and found a new Yamaha jet ski for sale at this business.

Towed the jet ski home today and could not be happier/feel luckier to have run into the business Hampton and Watercraft Marine; everybody working at this establishment went above and beyond to make the purchasing process as easy/fast/seamless as possible while also taking the time to answer questions and point out critical instructions regarding use and maintenance, instilling a feeling of ease and confidence that when putting the jet ski in the water this week (with minimal previous jet ski experience) that I've been fully briefed (Thanks Lucas!) and that if any concerns/issues were to arise I know the team would be more than happy to help.

Truly recommend purchasing watercraft specifically from this top notch establishment.

One of the best run businesses I have seen. Purchased a boat there and while I was there I noticed how well the Marina is run and the little extras they do. Place is immaculate, docks are perfect and watching the dock hands help members dock, flush and cover the boats was great.

The team at Hampton Watercraft & Marine is exceptional. Mike Crowe is the best I have ever met. Very thoughtful, considered, and responsive. We talked over several months before the purchase. And then from purchase to closing, communication remained exceptional, prompt and clear. The owner is fantastic as are all the others I’ve met at the dealer. I would have likely bought a different boat if not for this dealer.

We bought a boat from Lucas V . Wow the amount of service and support we have gotten is second to none. First off the Boston Whaler we purchased is an absolute beauty. Second any little glitch we might of had ( usually technology since we are not great with that) we text someone and we get a answer or a solution with n the hour. Not just during the week but once on the weekend. Kyle is incredible as a diagnostic.

Since purchasing the Springville Marina, Hampton Watercraft and Marine have built the facility into a first class marina that I would highly recommend. The staff are first rate with professional mechanics that have responded quickly. I keep our Research Vessel at the site as it is well protected and just a short distance to Shinnecock Inlet and the ocean.

We have had a terrific experience both buying and selling through HWC! They made the process easy, efficient and pain free! Also the marina on Springville road is convenient, accessible and nicely improved. Highly recommend HWC as a full service operation!!!

This will be the fourth season I have had my boat here and the experience has been nothing but great. I had purchased my boat in NC and had it shipped to Hampton Watercraft and Marine after they were recommended by my friend (who also keeps his boat there). From the moment i contacted them to now the staff have been professional and accommodating. The repair service has been excellent and my boat is always well taken care of.

The continually upgrade the facility which is always clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend them.

I bought a used 18' Boston Whaler from Hampton Watercraft over the winter. They could not have been more helpful. The process went very smoothly and I bought the boat at a reasonable price. They outfitted the boat with all the PFD's, lines and fenders I needed at their expense, and drove the boat from the Eastport marina to the Hampton Bays marina where I had rented a slip from them.

The salesman from whom I bought the boat met me at the slip, checked me out on all the electronics and then took me out on an hour shakedown cruise. I recommend Hampton Watercraft highly. They were great.

My first year keeping my boat here. I have owned boats for most of my life. From the front office, sales,service and dock crew they always go the extra mile to make sure your satisfied and on the water. Very friendly staff that takes an interest in your boating experience. The Shuckers food truck is great.

I've been with Hampton Watercraft since they opened their Eastport location and have experienced nothing but pure excellence from day one. The marinas aesthetics and functionality are wonderful but are still constantly being improved. Owner/operator Joe Villareagle seems to always be on site with his helpful and friendly disposition along with Mike the head of service, Mike in sales and the wonderfu women in the front office.

The entire staff should be commended for their helpfulness and the friendly yet professional manner they conduct themself. The facility is equipped with finger docks, clean updated office and restroom facilities and boasts an exceptional food truck on location. The folks who operate Hampton Water Craft are very easy to do business with.
